About Mr. Perez:

This is Mr. Perez' 20th year at Lone Rock. He teaches Health and Physical Education for K - 8. He also coaches flag football, boys basketball. and the J.R Babe Basketball team.

How did you come to teach here?

I worked here with the coop years ago and got familiar with the staff and school and really liked it.

What are the highlights of your school year?

Watching all the elementary students get excited about jump rope 4-heart.

What are the interesting projects your class works on?

The Jump rope 4-heart is our big project for the year.

What is the best part of teaching at Lone Rock? Why do you like teaching here?

I really enjoy watching our students have success at the HS. Level -academically, honor roll, socially, in extra curricular activites, and for some in athletics. I love to see them continuing to play a sport.
