Lone Rock School District is thrilled to announce that on Wednesday, May 7th, Dr. DoBell was presented with the Superintendent of the Year award from the Western Montana Association of School Superintendents (WMASS). This award is a heartfelt recognition of the extraordinary leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment he has brought to our school and our community every single day.
Dr. DoBell has been a member of the School Administrators of Montana for twenty years, and it is his tenth year as a member of the Montana Association of School Superintendents. His time has been marked by a true dedication to student success, fueled by compassion, vision, and a steadfast belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.
He has touched countless lives in his career as an administrator and a teacher, leading with both strength and heart. Dr. DoBell is deeply rooted in the community, not just as a leader, but as a neighbor, mentor, and friend. He has forged strong relationships with families, educators, and local organizations, helping to build a culture of trust, collaboration, and shared purpose.
