Good afternoon! The lost and found is overflowing in the elementary school. It is all set up in the Multi-Purpose Room. Feel free to stop by and claim lost items. Anything left over will be donated to the clothes closet.

The electric company has indicated the power outage will be a few hours. As a result school will be dismissed at 12:00pm today. We will run the busses at 12:00, parents can also pickup kids and check them out from the elementary office.
Students may stay at the school until 2:30 if needed.

The Lone Rock School has lost power and we have contacted the electric company and they are aware of the situation. We are proceeding as scheduled. If you want to come pick up your student please check in the office. We will update every 15 minutes.

We wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the Stevensville High School administration for coming out to Lone Rock to talk with our 8th graders about transition to high school next year!

Picture day is Wednesday, April 19th, 2023. We will be taking group class pictures as well as the (optional) fun individual pictures. You can personalize your spring portraits with a favorite hat, stuffed animal or with a special friend. (Limit 3) If you have students/siblings in different classes who wish to be photographed together, those pictures will be taken from 7:45 – 8:15 AM. We take the pictures outside if it’s not pouring rain so please dress appropriately. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU PURCHASE BOTH A PICTURE PACKAGE AND A CLASS PICTURE YOU MUST WRITE SEPARATE CHECKS and return each payment in the order envelopes provided for each student. Payment in full is due at the time your child is photographed. Please mark your calendars and if you have any questions, let us know. Thank you!

Today the county will be mailing out ballots for the election of school board trustees and the operational levy proposed by the school district. This is a mail-in ballot so ballots must be mailed back in or dropped off at the county office in Hamilton. If you have any questions in regards to the levy or the election, please contact the district office at 406-777-3314.
